Read the letter from YLS Dean Harold Hongju Koh, Professors Judith Resnik and Peter Schuck, and other legal experts to Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Arlen Specter. The letter opposes a provision in a draft bill that would place exclusive jurisdiction over all future immigration appeals in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
