Vlad Perju

Vlad Perju is an assistant professor at Boston College Law School.  He holds law degrees  from the University of Bucharest (Romania), the Sorbonne, the European Academy of Legal Theory (Brussels, Belgium) as well as a doctorate from Harvard Law School. He writes in  the areas of comparative public law, European law, and social, political and  legal theory. Perju is currently the professor of the theory of the  state at the European Academy of Legal Theory. He has also served in  a commission advising the President of Romania on matters of  constitutional reform.
