Rodrigo Pagani de Souza is a Ph.D. candidate at the University of Sao Paulo - USP, Brazil, where he is studying the oversight and regulation of governmental transfers to nonprofit organizations. He holds a Master's degree in Public Law from USP (2006) and a Master of Laws' degree from Yale Law School (2008).
