Marco D'Alberti

Marco D’Alberti is Full Professor of Administrative Law at the University of Rome “Sapienza”, School of Law. He has previously taught, since 1978, in the Universities of Camerino, Ancona and at the School of Political Science in “Sapienza”.
In his activity abroad, he has been Visiting Scholar at the Universities of Cambridge, Harvard, Yale, and Visiting Professor at Columbia University and Paris II – Panthéon Assas.
He has been Commissioner of the Italian Antitrust Authority from 1997 to 2004, and is member of the International Academy of Comparative Law.
He is author and editor of numerous books and essays in Administrative Law, Public Regulation of Markets and Comparative Law. His most recent book is Poteri pubblici, mercati e globalizzazione, Bologna, Il Mulino, 2008.
