Fernanda Nicola
Fernanda Nicola's teaching and research interests are in the field of Comparative Law, European Union Law, Local Government Law and Tort Law. She was an intern at the European Parliament in the Civil Rights and Civil Liberties Committee and at the Council of Europe. She received a Ph.D.in Comparative Law from Trento University (Italy) and a Certificat d'Etudes Politiques from the Institut d'Etudes Politiques(France). Prior to teaching at the Washington College of Law, she taught at Harvard Law School, New England School of Law, and the ILO Training Center of Turin. Currently she is a visiting scholar at the Harvard Center for European Studies where she is concluding her SJD at Harvard Law School.
