John M. Olin Center for Law, Economics and Public Policy
Much of Yale's work in law and economics falls under the aegis of the John M. Olin Center for Law, Economics and Public Policy directed by George Priest and Susan Rose-Ackerman. The Center, founded more than twenty years ago, is designed to facilitate the scholarly work of the Yale faculty and to support student interest and research in the field. The Center offers a regular workshop series, a working papers series, and the Journal of Law Economics and Organization.

Law, Economics and Organization Workshop
The Law, Economics and Organization Workshop, which was established in 1984, is an interdisciplinary workshop that brings to Yale Law School social scientists and legal scholars, generally from other universities, whose research involves a broad range of issues.

Center for the Study of Corporate Law
The Yale Law School Center for the Study of Corporate Law enhances the intellectual life of the school in the business law area by increasing exposure to and engagement with contemporary business law issues.
