Nonprofit organizations or groups that are planning to become nonprofit entities are eligible for the services of NPOS.  All groups must be based in the greater New Haven area and must be able to demonstrate how the group contributes, or plans to contribute, to community and economic development in the greater New Haven area.  The supervising attorneys and the student directors will make a case-by-case determination of representation.
