Yale Law School graduates and their guests in the New England area are invited to a dinner and panel discussion to address recent events relating to the accusation that Department of Public Health Chemist Annie Dookhan faked test results at the state drug lab.

Speakers include: 
David E. Meier, Partner, Todd & Weld LLP.   David was appointed by Governor Deval Patrick to spearhead the investigation and is working to identify cases involving the work of former Chemist, Annie Dookhan; and

William W. Fick ’01, Assistant Federal Public Defender, District of Massachusetts.  Bill has handled and continues to handle federal drug cases where the evidence was tested at the state lab as well as cases where enhanced federal sentences were based on prior state drug convictions where the lab is implicated.
