The topic Dean Koh has selected for this session is: "The Relationship between National Courts and International Tribunals." Dean Koh will both moderate the panel and be one of the four panelists, each of whom has focused on different aspects of the relationship between national courts and international tribunals in his or her legal practice. The other three panelists are; John Bellinger, Legal Advisor to the Secretary of State, Chiara Giorgetti, '02 LL.M. (currently in the Doctoral Program), Foreign Attorney, White & Case LLP; Adjunct Professor, Georgetown Law Center and Gary N. Horlick '73, Partner WilmerHale.
