Please check the reunion class dinner attendance list (not the alpha list) at the bottom of this page to be certain that you’ve signed up for your reunion dinner and brunch (some folks, when registering, picked one of the five packages without selecting their class dinner and/or class brunch).
When you arrive at the Law School, please go to the Registration Room (Room 122) to pick up your registration packet. The Registration Room will be open from 12:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. on Friday and from 8:00 a.m. until 6:30 p.m. on Saturday. Your registration packet will contain everything you need for the Weekend, so it’s important that you stop there first before beginning the Weekend’s festivities! In your packet you will find a shuttle schedule, an updated Schedule of Events, class event flyers, and some other items. Most importantly, it will include your Alumni Weekend colored-ribbon nametag. The ribbon on your nametag corresponds to the Weekend Package that you purchased. [Package upgrades will be available in the Registration Room.] Your nametag with the colored ribbon is your “passport” to Alumni Weekend events and meals, so please be sure to wear it throughout the weekend. See Ribbon Color Key.
Pre-ordered tickets for the presentation of the Award of Merit to Secretary Clinton, which will take place at 3:45 p.m. on Saturday, October 5 in Woolsey Hall, will be inside your name badge with your name on it. The doors to Woolsey Hall open at 3:00 p.m. and you must be seated by 3:30 p.m.
There are some important scheduling changes for the few class-specific informal activities scheduled for Saturday. Please be sure to visit the Informal Activities web page at http://www.law.yale.edu/alumni/AW13_activities.htm for details.
You may also wish to visit this page to see information on general informal activities open to all classes throughout the Weekend.
There’s a touch of autumn in the air, a few splashes of color in the trees, and we’re hoping for beautiful weather. So, safe travels, and we’ll be here to welcome you home!
P.S.: Photographers will be taking pictures during Alumni Weekend 2013 for the YLS website, the Yale Law Report, and other Yale University publications.
A Note on Directories:
There are two Alumni Weekend 2013 Attendance Directories available. Both directories have the names of law school graduates who have registered to attend at least one event during Alumni Weekend 2013. The first directory is a list of attendees by their class reunion year. The second directory is an alphabetical directory of all attendees, including non-alums.
Please note: In order to not appear of the attendance, you must “opt out” when registering online.
