Career Development Office

CDO’s main goal is to educate students and alumni on the diverse career paths open to them as graduates of the Yale Law School. Through one-on-one counseling, access to online resources and publications, and participation in interview and educational programs, students and alumni gain the confidence and knowledge to successfully identify and obtain their career goals.

CDO also offers several avenues for employers to broaden their recruitment efforts at Yale Law School, such as participation in interview programs and career panels, and online posting of employment opportunities.
