On December 4th, alumni gathered at The Century Association in New York City for the Third Law and Globalization Breakfast. The theme was "Building the Global Law Firm." Dean Koh moderated a fascinating panel discussion of four YLS alumni, each of whom has been active in his or her firm’s strategy for building a global practice. They are: Martin Frederic Evans ’72, Presiding Partner, Debevoise & Plimpton LLP (New York); William J. Perlstein ’74, Co-Managing Partner, WilmerHale (Washington, DC); Amy W. Schulman ’89, Litigation Partner, DLA Piper (New York); and  Benjamin F. Stapleton III '69, Partner, Sullivan & Cromwell LLP (New York).
