Registration, Costs & Cancellations

We encourage you to register online at www.regonline.com/AW2012Register.  When you register online, you will receive an automatic email confirmation.  

You also may register by printing the  registration form and mailing it to:

Registration Room Schedule

The Alumni Weekend 2012 Registration is located in Room 122 at the law school. 

Friday, October 19
12:00 – 7:30 PM

Saturday, October 20
8:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Sunday, October 21
9:00 AM – 1:30 PM

If you have registered by Thursday, October 4, please come to the Registration Room when you arrive to pick up your registration packet filled with name badges, notices of events, and other goodies. Please note that if you have registered by Thursday, October 4, but arrive in New Haven only in time to go to a meal site, you should go directly to the site.  You can pick up your registration packet from Room 122 at another time.

If you do not register by the Thursday, October 4 deadline, please go to the Registration Room for onsite registration when you arrive. Onsite rates will apply.

Cost

There are five (5) possible registration packages.   We apologize that we are unable to grant requests for “customized registrations” that differ from these five packages.

1) Full Weekend Package
Includes all events and meals for the entire weekend, Friday through Sunday.
Early Bird — $310 per person
Regular — $360 per person
Onsite — $435 per person

2) Friday-Saturday Package
Includes all events and meals on Friday, and on Saturday UNTIL 5:30 PM.
Early Bird — $195  per person
Regular — $245  per person
Onsite — $320 per person

3) Saturday-Plus Package
Includes all events and meals on Saturday, plus Sunday’s Brunch.
Early Bird — $230  per person
Regular — $280  per person
Onsite — $355  per person

4) Saturday Evening Package
Includes Saturday’s Class Reception and Dinner ONLY.
Early Bird — $125  per person
Regular — $175  per person
Onsite — $250  per person

5) Saturday Evening and Sunday Brunch Package
Includes Saturday’s Class Reception and Dinner, and Sunday’s Brunch.
Early Bird — $160  per person
Regular — $210  per person
Onsite — $285  per person

Registration Deadline Dates

To qualify for the “Early Bird” registration rate, you must register by midnight (ET) on Friday, September 7th.  If you register between Saturday, September 8 and midnight (ET) on Thursday, October 4, you will be charged the “Regular” rate. If you do not register by October 4, you will only be able to register when you arrive at the school October 19-21 in the Registration Room (Room 122), and you will be charged the much higher “Onsite” rate.  Please be aware, to guarantee admission to the events of your choice, we strongly recommend you register by the Thursday, October 4 deadline.

Cancellations

We realize that things come up and cancellations are necessary.  Please contact the Office of Alumni Affairs so that we can delete your reservations.

To request a refund (less a $40 administrative fee) you must send the Office of Alumni Affairs Office a letter or email by Thursday, October 4.
