Two papers will be presented and discussed: “Corporate Control and Credible Commitment,” by Alan Schwartz ’64, Sterling Professor of Law, Yale Law School; and "Corporate Inversions and the Unbundling of Regulatory Competition," by Eric Talley, Rosalinde and Arthur Gilbert Foundation Professor of Law, and Director, Berkeley Center for Law, Business and the Economy, University of California Berkeley Law School. The paper presentations will be followed by a panel discussion on “Where Capital Markets Are Heading in the 21st Century.”
