Registration
You may register online at www.law.yale.edu/alumniweekend08. When you register online, you will receive an automatic email confirmation. You also may mail in the registration form to the Yale Law School Alumni Affairs Office at P.O. Box 208215, New Haven, CT 06520-8215 or fax it to us at 203.436.1235. The registration form is attached and a PDF version can also be found on our web site.
Registration Deadline
The registration deadline is midnight (ET) on Tuesday, September 23.

We cannot offer discounts for partial registration.
Cancellations and Refunds
If you have to cancel your registration and would like to request a refund (less a $30 administrative fee), a written letter is required and must be postmarked by Tuesday, September 23. Please mail your request to: Yale Law School Alumni Affairs Office, P.O. Box 208215, New Haven, CT 06520-8215. We regret that we will not be able to honor requests for refunds postmarked after Tuesday, September 23. Refunds will be issued after Friday, October 17, 2008.
List of Attendees
As registration progresses, we will post lists of attendees on the web at www.law.yale.edu/alumniweekend08. The lists will not show alumni who ask that we not post their name on the web.
Disability Accommodations
Yale Law School and Yale University facilities are accessible to persons with disabilities. If yourequire special arrangements, please contact the Yale Law School Office of Alumni Affairs at 203.432.1690 at your earliest convenience, but no later than Tuesday, September 23, so that there is sufficient time to make appropriate arrangements.
Special Dietary Needs
Please note any special dietary requirements (such as being a vegetarian, keeping kosher or having chronic food allergies), on the Registration Form, or contact the Office of Alumni Affairs at 203.432.1690 at your earliest convenience, but no later than Tuesday, September 23. Then, when you are at a meal during the weekend, just notify your server of your dietary request. We will make every effort to accommodate your special dietary needs.
Child Care
For the convenience of those who will be bringing children to New Haven, the Law School has assembled a list of students and staff members who have expressed an interest in babysitting. The Law School has not requested any information from these individuals regarding their experience as babysitters or their backgrounds. We recommend that you select someone from this list who you believe is qualified and appropriate to care for your children. If you are interested in obtaining this list or have other child care questions, please call 203.432.1690. All requests for child care must be made no later than Thursday, September 18.
Family Activities
A pamphlet on family activities in the area will be available in the Registration Room, Room 122, during Alumni Weekend.
Attire
The dress for Alumni Weekend is casual, with the exception of the Friday and Saturday evening dinners. At those dinners suits and cocktail dresses are usually worn.
Parking
All of the hotels listed in the Lodging section have parking available. There is also on-street metered parking available in many areas surrounding the Law School. The following outdoor Yale University parking lots will be available free of charge from Friday, October 3, at 4:00 pm to Monday, October 6, at 7:30 am:
Lot 32, 111 Prospect Street
(between Sachem Street and Prospect Place)
Lot 51, on Temple Street
(between Wall and Elm Streets, on the right)
Lot 78, on Ashmun Street
(between Lake Place and York Square Place)
A paid outdoor parking lot is available on Broadway (across from the Yale Bookstore).
The Chapel-York Garage, 150 York Street (between Crown and Chapel Streets), is a paid indoor parking lot.
