The Yale Law School Association consists of all graduates of the school. It was founded to strengthen ties among graduates and between graduates and the Law School. In more than eighteen states and six countries, Yale Law School associations provide social, intellectual, and professional opportunities for graduates. Graduates living in a particular region are automatically members of that regional or international association.Steering committees or individual YLS graduates together with the Law School plan events for the area alumni. Whether it is a wine-tasting in Washington, D.C., or a small dinner with Sterling Professor John Langbein in Berlin, Yale Law School alumni maintain important connections with each other and their alma mater.
The Alumni Events link lists upcoming gatherings of graduates, current students and admitted students. In an average year, there are more than 52 regional alumni events. Check out the Photo Gallery to see some of the action.

If there is no YLS group in your area, we would be delighted if you wanted to start a new YLS association. Just contact the Alumni Affairs Office.
