Year 2 (SOM and Law School):
Fall semester (SOM): Microeconomics, Econometrics I, Financial Economics I and Law and Finance Seminar; Spring semester (Law School): Econometrics II, law school courses, including completion of substantial or supervised analytic writing requirement
Year 3 (SOM):
Fall semester: Corporate Finance and Market Microstructure; Spring Semester: Game Theory, Financial Engineering; start on second year research paper
Year 4 (Law School):
Fall semester suggested SOM elective: MGT 743, Empirical Workshop in Accounting and Financial Economics Analysis (if offered; can be taken in year 3); remaining law school courses
B (full SOM year 2):
