Andrew Verstein is an Associate Research Scholar in Law, the John R. Raben/Sullivan & Cromwell Executive Director for the Yale Law School Center for the Study of Corporate Law at Yale Law School. Verstein graduated summa cum laude from Dartmouth College, and received his J.D. from Yale Law School, where he was a Coker Fellow. Prior to coming to the Center, he was a Postdoctoral Fellow in Law at Yale Law School. He has been a visiting scholar at Fudan University and a visiting professor at East China University of Political Science and Law in Shanghai, where he taught U.S. corporate law and securities regulation.
