Stewart I. Edelstein

Clinical Visiting Lecturer in Law
Stewart I. Edelstein, a Clinical Visiting Lecturer in Law at Yale Law School, has taught at the law school for twenty years. He is a principal in Cohen and Wolf, P.C., a Connecticut law firm, where he chairs the Litigation Group and is a member of the Appellate Group. He has forty years’ experience representing clients in all aspects of commercial litigation. Mr. Edelstein has served as a Special Master in the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut, and Counsel to the Federal Grievance Committee of that court. He is also on the American Arbitration Association Roster of Neutrals.

He has published numerous articles for trial lawyers. In 2013, the American Bar Association published his book, How to Succeed as a Trial Lawyer.
