Frank Iacobucci

Gruber Global Constitutionalism Fellow and Visiting Lecturer in Law
Frank Iacobucci is a Gruber Global Constitutionalism Fellow and Visiting Lecturer in Law at Yale Law School and a Counsel at Torys LLP in Toronto, Ontario. He is a former Chairman of the Board of Torstar Corporation, a member of the Permanent Court of Arbitration, Puisne Judge for the Supreme Court of Canada, Chief Justice of the Federal Court of Canada, and Deputy Minister of Justice and Deputy Attorney General of Canada. He taught law at the University of Toronto, where he also served as Vice President of Internal Affairs, Dean of the Faculty of Law, Vice President and Provost, and Interim President. He is a graduate of the University of British Columbia and Cambridge University.
