Michael S. McGarry

Clinical Visiting Lecturer in Law
Michael S. McGarry is a Clinical Visiting Lecturer in Law at Yale Law School and an Assistant U.S. Attorney for the District of Connecticut. His responsibilities include investigating and prosecuting federal criminal violations including cases involving securities fraud, wire fraud, mail fraud, bank fraud, counterfeiting, and money laundering. He previously served as a Trial Attorney in the Criminal Division, Fraud Section, at the United States Department of Justice. Prior to that, he was a Litigation Associate at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson in New York City. He is a graduate of Brown University and Columbia University School of Law.
