Prof. Doug Kysar’s Climate Change Paper Featured in the Environmental Law and Policy Annual Review

The Environmental Law and Policy Annual Review (ELPAR), a joint publication between Vanderbilt University Law School and the Environmental Law Institute (ELI), featured Professor Doug Kysar’s paper “What Climate Change Can Do About Tort Law” in its 2011-2012 volume.

Doug Kysar is deputy dean and Joseph M. Field ’55 Professor of Law at Yale Law School and one of the nation’s top scholars in the areas of environmental law and torts.

His paper was selected by Vanderbilt Law students working with an advisory board and ELI senior staff as one of the year’s best academic articles presenting legal and policy solutions to pressing environmental problems. A condensed version of the paper, along with commentaries from other leading experts, appeared in the ELPAR volume, which also featured papers by Jonathan Adler of Case Western Reserve University School of Law and Daniel Farber of the University of California at Berkeley.

Professor Doug Kysar presented his paper at ELPAR’s annual conference in Washington, D.C.

Professor Kysar joined the other authors in presenting his work at ELPAR’s annual conference April 13 in Washington, D.C. The agenda, along with audio recordings of all three panels, are available on the ELI website.
