Yale Law School Professor John H. Langbein's "Questioning the Trust Law Duty of Loyalty," selected as 'Exemplary Legal Writing 2005'

Yale Law School Professor John H. Langbein's "Questioning the Trust Law Duty of Loyalty," has been selected by the Green Bag and its distinguished Board of Advisers as "Exemplary Legal Writing 2005."

The article will be published in "The Green Bag Almanac and Reader 2006," which will be out in a few weeks.
