Adam Liptak

Visiting Lecturer in Law (spring term)
Adam Liptak is a Visiting Lecturer in Law at Yale Law School and the Supreme Court correspondent for The New York Times. In addition to his work for The New York Times, Mr. Liptak’s reporting, essays, and criticism have appeared in The New Yorker, Vanity Fair, Rolling Stone, Business Week, The New York Observer, The American Lawyer, and Brill’s Content. Prior to his career as a journalist, Mr. Liptak served as Senior Counsel for The New York Times Company legal department and as an associate in the law firm of Cahill, Gordon & Reindel. He is a graduate of Yale Law School and Yale College.
