A. Richard Susko
Visiting Lecturer in Law
A. Richard Susko is a Visiting Lecturer in Law at Yale Law School and a partner at Cleary Gottlieb in New York City. Mr. Susko's law practice focuses on employee benefits and executive compensation, as well as the fiduciary and tax aspects of pension fund investment. He frequently lectures on executive compensation and co-chaired the annual PLI program on pension fund investment issues for more than 20 years. He received his J.D. and M.B.A. degrees from Stanford University in 1974, an LL.M. degree in taxation from New York University in 1980 and an undergraduate degree from Union College in 1969.
