Bryan Choi

Bryan Choi is a Postdoctoral Associate in Law and Thomson Reuters Fellow at the Information Society Project at Yale Law School. His research interests include anonymity, digital identity, privacy, and reputation, particularly as they relate to the internet. Other research interests include patents, copyright, and trademark. He received his B.A. in Computer Science from Harvard College and a J.D. from Harvard Law School. He worked as an associate with the firm Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, LLP, in Washington, D.C., followed by clerkships with the Hon. Leonard I. Garth of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the Hon. William C. Bryson of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
