Brett Cohen

Brett Cohen is a Visiting Lecturer in Law at Yale Law School. He is general partner of JGB Capital, a credit-based hedge fund, which he founded in 2005. He previously served as a portfolio manager at Elliott Associates, L.P., a large private investment firm. He graduated from Columbia College and Yale Law School, where he was a senior editor of the Yale Law Journal.
