Brian T. Daly

Brian Daly is a Visiting Lecturer in Law at Yale Law School and the Chief Legal and Compliance Officer of Kepos Capital LP, a globally-focused asset management firm. He also is active in educational efforts relating to the alternative investment fund community, including through the Managed Funds Association and as a Practicing Law Institute faculty member. He holds a B.A. in history from The Catholic University of America, an M.A. in Asian Studies from the University of Hawaii, and a J.D. with distinction from Stanford Law School, where he was editor-in-chief of the Stanford Journal of International Law and an associate editor of the Stanford Law Review.
