Barbara B. Lindsay

Visiting Clinical Lecturer in Law and Supervising Attorney
Barbara Lindsay is a Visiting Clinical Lecturer in Law at Yale Law School where she lectures in the Nonprofit Organizations Clinic and the Law of Nonprofit Organizations. In her legal practice, Ms. Lindsay represents all types of tax-exempt organizations, as well as their boards of directors, trustees, and other advisers. She is a graduate of Radcliffe College (A.B. magna cum laude) Columbia University School of Law (J.D.) and New York University School of Law (LL.M. in Taxation).
