Cary Franklin

Cary Franklin is a Postdoctoral Associate in Law and Irving S. Ribicoff Fellow in Law at Yale Law School. Prior to her appointment at Yale, she was a Junior Fellow at the Harvard Society of Fellows at Harvard University and a Law Clerk to the Honorable Sonia Sotomayor of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. A graduate of Yale College and Yale Law School, she earned a Rhodes Scholarship in 1999 and served as the articles editor for The Yale Law Journal. Her teaching and research interests include constitutional law, family law, employment discrimination, social movements, legal history, and feminist legal theory.
