Cristina Rodriguez is Sidley Austin-Robert D. McLean '70 Visiting Professor of Law and Robina Foundation Senior Fellow at Yale Law School and an Associate Professor of Law at New York University School of Law. Her research interests include language rights and language policy; immigration law and policy; constitutional law and theory; and citizenship theory. A graduate of Yale College and Yale Law School, Professor Rodriguez clerked for Justice Sandra Day O’Connor of the U.S. Supreme Court prior to her appointment at New York University.
