David B. Fein

David B. Fein is a Visiting Lecturer in Law at Yale Law School where he co-teaches a course in Federal Criminal Prosecution with Professor Kate Stith. He is currently the partner in charge of White-Collar Defense, Investigations, and the Corporate Compliance Practice Group at the law firm of Wiggin and Dana in New Haven. He represents clients in state and federal governmental investigations, conducts internal and external investigations for corporations and other entities, and counsels clients regarding corporate compliance. Mr. Fein is a graduate of New York University School of Law and Dartmouth College.
