David N. Schleicher

Associate Professor of Law
David Schleicher is an Associate Professor of Law at Yale Law School and an expert in civil procedure, election law, and local government law. He was previously an Associate Professor of Law at George Mason University School of Law, where he received the George Mason University Teaching Excellence Award. He has also taught at New York University School of Law and Harvard Law School.His writing has been widely published in law journals, as well as the Atlantic, the San Francisco Chronicle, and on a number of blogs. Schleicher holds an A.B. in Economics and Government from Dartmouth College, an M.Sc. in Economics from the London School of Economics, and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
