David J. Stoll

Visiting Lecturer in Law
David J. Stoll is a Visiting Lecturer in Law at Yale Law School. He is a partner in Milbank’s Trust and Estates Department. He represents individuals and fiduciaries with respect to complex estate planning (including gift, estate, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning), trust and estate administration (including corporate transactions of trusts and estates), charitable giving, prenuptial agreements, and trust and estate disputes. He represents many principals of private equity and hedge funds, as well as owners of closely held businesses. He is widely recognized as a leading wealth management and trusts and estates lawyer by industry publications and is chair of the Professional Advisory Council of the Central Park Conservancy. Stoll holds degrees from Yale and Columbia Universities.
