David J. Stoll

David J. Stoll is a Visiting Lecturer in Law at Yale Law School and a partner in the Trusts and Estates department of the New York law firm Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy, LLP. He specializes in complex estate planning (including gift, estate, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning), trust and estate administration (including corporate transactions of trusts and estates), charitable giving, prenuptial agreements, and trust and estate disputes.
