Emily Bazelon is a Senior Research Scholar in Law and Truman Capote Fellow for Creative Writing and Law at Yale Law School. She is a Senior Editor at Slate magazine where she writes about law and family, edits columns on health and law, and contributes to Slate's women's blog, XX Factor and its legal blog, Convictions. Ms. Bazelon is a graduate of both Yale College and Yale Law School where she was an editor on The Yale Law Journal.
