Elias Clark is the Lafayette S. Foster Professor Emeritus of Law and Myres S. McDougal Professorial Lecturer in Law at Yale Law School. His subject areas are decedents’ estates, family law, federal taxation, real property, and fiduciary administrations. His books include Cases & Materials on Federal Estate and Gift Taxation. Professor Clark has his LL.B. and M.A. from Yale.
