Eric S. Robinson

Eric S. Robinson is a Visiting Lecturer in Law at Yale Law School and Of Counsel at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz, where he has practiced for 30 years. He specializes in mergers and acquisitions of public companies, as well as spin-offs, proxy contests, and advising boards of directors on takeover defense and corporate governance matters.
