Eric Robinson
Visiting Lecturer in Law
Eric Robinson is a Visiting Lecturer in Law at Yale Law School and a Partner in the Corporate Group of Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz. Mr. Robinson specializes in mergers and acquisitions of public companies, spin-offs, proxy contests and advising boards of directors on takeover defense, audit committee and corporate governance matters. A graduate of Yale Law School and the Yale School of Management, Mr. Robinson also serves on the Board of Advisors of the Yale Law School Center for the Study of Corporate Law.
