Frank P. Blando

Frank Blando is a Clinical Visiting Lecturer in Law at Yale Law School and Assistant Disciplinary Counsel for the state of Connecticut. Mr. Blando investigates grievance complaints filed against attorneys throughout the state and prosecutes, as needed, the unauthorized practice of law in Connecticut. He is a graduate of the University of Bridgeport School of Law, Adelphi University, and the University of New Haven.
