Gregory C. Keating is a Florence Rogatz Visiting Professor of Law at Yale Law School and the William T. Dalessi Professor of Law and Philosophy at the University of Southern California Gould School of Law School. He is an editor of Keeton et al., Tort and Accident Law and writes on torts, professional responsibility, and legal theory.
