Joseph Fishkin is a Post-Doctoral Associate in Law and Oscar M. Ruebhausen Fellow in Law. His teaching and research interests include torts, labor & employment Law, election law, employment discrimination, health law & bioethics, and education law. A graduate of Yale Law School and Yale College, Mr. Fishkin clerked for Chief Justice Margaret H. Marshall of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court from 2007 to 2008.
