John M. Walker, Jr.

Visiting Lecturer in Law
John Walker is a visiting lecturer in law at Yale Law School. His subjects are constitutional law, federal courts, and legal process. He has been a District Judge, a Circuit Judge, and is Chief Judge of the U.S. Court of Appeals, 2nd Circuit.  Judge Walker received a B.A. from Yale and a J.D. from the University of Michigan.  In Fall 2008, he is co-teaching a course entitled Development and the Rule of Law with Professor Jedediah Kroncke.
