John T. Marshall

Associate Research Scholar in Law and Ludwig Community Development Fellow; and Clinical Lecturer in Law
John T. Marshall is an Associate Research Scholar in Law and Ludwig Community Development Fellow at Yale Law School. He previously served as counsel to the New Orleans Redevelopment Authority (NORA), where he was a Rockefeller Foundation Fellow. Prior to joining NORA in 2007, he was a partner in Holland & Knight LLP, specializing in land use, zoning, and real estate litigation, and a law clerk to U.S. Magistrate Judge Elizabeth Jenkins, U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. He earned a B.A. from the University of Notre Dame, an M.A. from the University of Texas at Austin, and a J.D. from the University of Florida College of Law.
