Jeffrey Prescott is a Senior Research Scholar in Law, Deputy Director of The China Law Center and a Senior Research Scholar in Law at Yale Law School. His subjects are Chinese law and human rights. He has been a visiting professor and scholar at Fudan and Peking Universities. He has a B.A. from Boston University and a J.D. from Yale.
