Jeffrey Prescott is Deputy Director of The China Law Center and Senior Research Scholar in Law at Yale Law School. His subjects are Chinese law and human rights. He has been a visiting professor and scholar at Fudan and Peking Universities. He has a B.A. from Boston University and a J.D. from Yale.
