Ko-Yung Tung

Ko-Yung Tung is a Visiting Lecturer in Law at Yale Law School. He received an A.B. degree magna cum laude from Harvard College in 1969, where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. He received his law degree in 1973 from Harvard Law School where he served as editor of The Harvard International Law Journal. He is currently Senior Counsellor in the Corporate Finance Practice Group in Morrison & Foerster's New York office. He served as Vice President and General Counsel of the International Centre of the World Bank from 1999 until 2003 and as Secretary General of the International Centre for the Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) from 2000 to 2003. An eminent international lawyer, he has practiced in both the public and private sectors.
