Daniel Kelly is an Olin Fellow at Yale Law School.  Formerly, he was a litigation associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore.  From 2005 to 2006 he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Richard C. Wesley of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.  He is a graduate of Harvard Law School and the University of Notre Dame.
