Truman Capote Visiting Lecturer in Law
Lincoln Caplan is the Truman Capote Visiting Lecturer in Law at Yale Law School. With a B.A. and a J.D. from Harvard, Caplan has been a journalist with and contributor to, among others, the New Yorker, the New York Times, and U.S. News and World Report. He was editor and president of Legal Affairs from 2000 to 2006. Among his books are Skadden: Power, Money and the Rise of an Empire and Up Against the Law: Affirmative Action and the Supreme Court.
