Lung-chu Chen is a senior research scholar in law at Yale Law School. His subjects are international law, the U.N. and world order, and international human rights law. A professor of law at New York Law School since 1977, he is also the President of the New Century Institute, Inc., and a member of the Board of Editors at The American Journal of Comparative International Law. His books include An Introduction to International Law: A Policy-Oriented Perspective. He has an LL.B. from the National Taiwan University, an LL.M. from Northwestern, and an LL.M. and a J.S.D. from Yale.
