Lech Garlicki

Visiting Professor of Law and Gruber Global Constitutionalism Fellow (fall term)
Lech Garlicki is a Visiting Professor of Law and the Gruber Global Constitutionalism Fellow at Yale Law School. He is also a Professor of Law at the University of Warsaw. He served on the European Court of Human Rights from 2002 to 2012 and the Constitutional Court of Poland from 1993 to 2001. His primary teaching and research interests focus on constitutional law, judicial review, European law, comparative law, human rights, and comparative government.
