Megan A. Barnett ‘97 has served as the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs at the Yale Law School since 2005. She returned to the Law School in 2002 as Dean of Admissions and Financial Aid. Prior to joining the Law School, she was an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Gibson Dunn & Crutcher, where she specialized in advising high-tech clients on intellectual property litigation and licenses.  Megan also served as a law clerk to the Honorable R. Lanier Anderson III in the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Prior to attending Yale Law School, she worked as a financial analyst at Solomon Brothers in mergers and acquisitions. She is a member of the bars of the District of Columbia and South Carolina and a graduate of the University of Virginia (B.A. 1993, East Asian Studies).
