Michael Solender

Michael Solender is a Visiting Lecturer in Law at Yale Law School and Vice Chair and General Counsel at Ernst & Young LLP. He has served as General Counsel of The Bear Stearns Companies, General Counsel of the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, and a partner with the law firm of Arnold & Porter. He is a graduate of Columbia University and Yale Law School, where he was Senior Editor of The Yale Law Journal.
